Jilibet is a casino brand name rather than a single company. You’ll find it on websites, Facebook pages, Telegram groups and APK downloads, and many of these are run by different people. Most offer the same kinds of games, mainly slots, fishing games and live casino, and many of those games come from JILI Games.

JILI (I-Slot Gaming Corporation) is on PAGCOR’s list of approved game providers. That approval covers the games themselves. It doesn’t mean every casino using the JILI or Jilibet name is licensed. Each operator needs its own licence.

Jili Free 100: What These Offers Really Mean
“Jili Free 100” usually refers to a ₱100 sign-up bonus advertised by sites that offer JILI games. Some are genuine promotions with strict conditions; many are bait used to collect phone numbers, IDs or a first deposit. Before you claim one, check:
- Where the offer appears. It should be on the operator’s own promotions page, not only in a Telegram or Facebook post.
- The wagering requirement. How many times you must bet the bonus before you can withdraw anything.
- The maximum withdrawal. Many free-credit offers cap what you can cash out.
- What verification you need. Most require a phone number and ID, and some require a deposit before any withdrawal.
- The site’s licence. A bonus from an unlicensed site gives you no protection if it isn’t paid.
Walk away if you’re asked to pay a fee to “unlock” free credits, to share your password or OTP, or to install an app from a stranger’s link. One site we checked, jilibet.art, advertises a ₱100 free welcome bonus. Because we couldn’t match that site to a PAGCOR licence, we wouldn’t claim it. We’ll only list a Free 100 offer here once it comes from an operator we can verify.
Deposits and Withdrawals: GCash, Maya and Banks
Payment options differ between Jilibet sites, so check the one you’re using. The ones we checked list GCash and Maya, and some add bank transfer or cards.
E-wallet rules changed in August 2025, when the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas told e-wallets to remove links to gambling sites from their apps (Memorandum M-2025-029).
