Getting money in is usually easy. Getting it out is where problems show up. This page covers the payment methods Jilibet sites list, what changed for GCash and Maya in 2025, how withdrawals normally work, and the most common reasons they get stuck.

GCash and Maya after the 2025 rules
In August 2025 the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas ordered e-wallets to take down links that sent users from their apps to gambling sites (Memorandum M-2025-029). You may have noticed casino shortcuts disappearing from GCash and Maya around then.
That isn’t quite the same as e-wallets being banned for gambling payments. At a Senate hearing on 16 September 2025, the BSP confirmed that licensed operators are still recognised as merchants, so players can cash in and cash out through regulated channels. What matters for you is what the specific site offers today, and whether that site is licensed.
How deposits usually work
- Log in and open the Deposit or Cashier page.
- Choose a payment method and enter the amount.
- Follow the payment steps; for e-wallets this usually means confirming in your wallet app.
- Wait for the balance to update. Most sites say this takes a few minutes.
Only ever pay through the site’s own cashier. If an “agent” asks you to send money to a personal GCash number, don’t.
How withdrawals usually work
- Make sure your account is verified. Most sites ask for ID before the first withdrawal.
- Check that any bonus wagering is complete, or the withdrawal will be blocked.
- Open Withdraw, pick a method and enter the amount.
- Wait for approval. Sites quote anything from a few minutes to a few days.
Why withdrawals get stuck
| Problem | Usual reason | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Withdrawal rejected | Account not verified | Upload your ID and wait for approval |
| Amount locked | Bonus wagering not finished | Check the bonus terms in your account |
| Name mismatch | Wallet name differs from account name | Use a wallet in your own name |
| Pending for days | Manual review or a problem site | Contact support and keep screenshots |
| Asked to pay a fee first | Very likely a scam | Don’t pay. Stop depositing. |
Before you deposit anywhere
- Check the site’s licence. Here’s how.
- Read the withdrawal rules: minimums, maximums, limits per day and processing times.
- Try a small withdrawal early, before your balance builds up.
- Keep screenshots of deposits, withdrawals and support chats.

Deposits and withdrawals FAQs
Can I use GCash on Jilibet?
It depends on the site, and the rules changed in 2025. Check the site’s cashier page and our table above.
How long do Jilibet withdrawals take?
It varies by site and method, from minutes to a few days. Unverified accounts and unfinished bonuses are the usual causes of delays.
Why do I have to pay to withdraw?
You shouldn’t. A request for a “fee”, “tax” or extra deposit before paying out is a classic sign of a scam.
